purchased tire to replace puncture-magnet kenda easy roller sport tire. no punctures after about 40 miles (still might happen). tire has smooth no-tread surface that i sought for smooth rolling and traction. i use as a front tire (serfas vida in front) on a internal geared urban bike. thus far the tire seems to have good traction and ride-ability. large, bright visible lettering.

I bought a set of these and I really like them. I’ve easily already put over 100 miles on these tires and they show very little signs of wear. They have FPS that seems to work well, because I have not had any flats, unlike the previous tires I owned. Where I live flats are an unfortunate fact of life. I like to really lean into the corners, and they hold well. They look cool and I like the printing on the side walls. I cant say enough about these tires and the cool look that they add to my bike.

I have put over 500 miles on a pair of these tires (700×38) and I think they are great. On pavement, they have fantastic traction and road adhesion. They are very sure footed even on hard cornering. Rolling resistance is very low and they soak up bumps pretty well.

Oddly enough, they actually do fairly well off pavement as well. They are no mudders, but a careful foray through a construction site and then down a dirt road gave surprisingly good results. Negotiating a water filled ditch resulted in some wheel spin, but these tires have zero tread and I was able to climb out of the ditch without dropping a foot. I am not worried in the least about going down dirt paths any longer.

These tires do squirrel around a lot in sand and they don’t corner well on hard pack dirt, so do use extra care when off the pavement.

I have the 700×32 tyres mounted on an old Cannondale H400 hybrid. I use them primarily around town where they provide a really smooth ride with good traction and cornering. The wear seems decent and I have had zero flats, something I used to get often get on these glass-and-thorn-strewn roads. Recently, I took these off-road on the OMBA Santos/Vortex yellow trails up in Ocala and, to the amazement of the hardcore mountain bikes I met there, they held up admirably in the rocks, roots, and sugar sand of Dog Bone, Pine Tree, and Land Bridge. They had enough grip somehow to dig through the sand and mud, and survived the sharp and hard stuff with nary a pop or split. A good time was had by all and I was able to return to the streets the next day without a tyre swap.

Prior to riding the Serfas Tuono tires on my daily commuter, I was using the Serfas Drifter for two years without experiencing a single flat throughout that time. I had heard good things about the Tuono tires, but I was still a little worried about trying a new set of tires after my great experience with the Drifters (which still have plenty of miles left in them).
The current Tuono tires have been mounted on my bike for six months now, and have been an amazing pair of commuting tires. The tires I have, which are the 32’s, provide a smooth and durable rolling tire that hasn’t seen a flat in the hundreds of city/green belt miles thanks to the Flat Protection System that they have. Although I love the Serfas Drifters, I can honestly say that the Tuono tires, besides being significantly lighter than the Drifters, roll better without compromising traction. The allowable high pressure, in combination with the tread pattern these have, make for excellent city tires as well as for some green belt riding. The latest rainfall in Tempe caught me out on the bike, and I can honestly say that they felt great during downpours. I would HIGHLY recommend these tires for anyone who is looking for an affordable pair of commuting tires that offer durability, puncture resistance, and a great feel during their rides/commutes. These tires have A LOT of miles left, so I will continue to enjoy this pair. Safe ride!
