Serfas warrants to the original purchaser of our product that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty DOES NOT apply to damage due to heat, physical damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper repair, or improper fit. Alterations or tampering of product VOIDS all warranties. The lifetime warranty DOES NOT cover normal wear and tear or damage from environmental influences (except for Elements saddle line). This warranty is in lieu of all other agreements and warranties, general or specific, express or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of Serfas in connection with the sale and use of this product. Serfas reserves the right to request the return of any product submitted for warranty consideration and proof of purchase by the original owner. Freight costs of warrantied items will be charged to the person requesting the claim. Due to technological or style advances, Serfas reserves the right to replace warrantied item with equal or better item based on specs (not price).

Serfas batteries are covered by a ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY from the date of purchase. This covers the battery and the battery internals.

At Serfas, we know your saddle is a key component to your riding comfort and longevity. Purchase your Serfas saddle with confidence knowing that you have 90 days to determine if it's the perfect fit. If you're unsatisfied with the comfort of your saddle, within 90 days from purchase, simply return it to your Authorized Serfas Dealer and exchange it for another Serfas bike seat.

SUNGLASS WARRANTY Serfas, at its sole discretion, warranties its sunglasses from manufacturer defects for one year from date of purchase to the original purchaser. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear, crash replacement, damage from misuse, stolen goods, dropped sunglasses, or scratched lenses. If a sunglass claim is made to a discontinued product Serfas reserves the right to replace the sunglass with a similar model. If the warranty claim is made beyond the original year of purchase, a $15 processing fee will be applied to the claim and must be paid by credit card before the product is shipped. Replacement parts not covered under warranty can be purchased through www.serfas.com or by contacting Serfas at warranty@serfas.com.
