Electric Petes E-Bikes LLC Store in Seville

I dropped off my son’s e-bike for repair a month and a half ago. Pete was very kind and knowledgeable. He said barring any weather (being called away), it should take about a week. I called after two weeks, he said he had issues with parts. We were patient but called back once a week. He got annoyed with us and stopped taking our calls. Finally, after a month of calling once a week for at least a status update, he blocked my phone number and refused to answer any questions on the status of the bike. Today I called from my friend’s phone and said I would be picking the bike back up, in whatever state it was in. It was untouched, but he did cut the chain.. he is claiming that he is having issues with UPS and USPS but all in all, he was disrespectful and non-communicative. I do not believe he tried to get our parts in a timely manner. I do appreciate that he works on off-brand bikes but he needs to be up-front on timing, as we do live far from Seville. He admitted that he takes up to a year or years to work on some bikes! Not acceptable for our family. Will try to attach voice recording of our conversation at pick-up.
