I was going to rate these at 4 stars, but the price being so low brought it up to 5. I bought these because I was chewing through my WTB tires too fast and making my wallet cry. I ride my bike as my primary form of transportation and a smooth, fast ride with the least resistance is very important to me. The site says 50 PSI, but the sidewall of the tire is rated for 65 PSI so that’s what I’m running and I am very pleased. If you’re using your mountain bike in an urban environment but also want the option to tear up a good trail then give these a try. I instantly noticed that I don’t have to pedal as often on sidewalks and the street as I did with my WTB Mutano Raptors.

My local bike shop had them in stock (I bought the last 2 – they apparently are pretty popular here). I was already considering buying them from looking online but couldn’t find any reviews that were helpful. I called the shop and told them what kind of tire I was looking for and they suggested these. That was enough for me. They’re a Specialized dealer and have been in business for over 20 years.

Running these on my Specialized Enduro comp FSR.

Basically… If you have $40 to spend on a pair, don’t look at anything else if you’re going to use them like I am. Get these.
