What is your warranty policy?
It ranges from product to product, but most Serfas products are covered under a limited lifetime warranty against manufactures defect. This does NOT include normal wear and tear, damage from a crash, neglect, miss-use, or lost items.
What saddle is best for me?
First determine your riding style, conditions, frequency then consult your local retailer or contact us. We definitely have a saddle that fits your needs.
What is your comfort guarantee?
Serfas offers a 90 Comfort Guarantee on all Serfas Saddles. If you buy a Serfas saddle and ride it (up to 90 days) and are not completely satisfied, simply return it to your authorized Serfas dealer for a store credit.
